  • Out of State Sellers: Many of our Estate sellers are out of state and liquidating their families’ Farm.  While we love meeting you to shake your hand; numerous times we access the property alone ( with your permission) then report back our findings via a conference call. Many Real Estate Closings are also done remotely, so essentially you never have to come to the property.
