Full payment will be due day of the auction and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with bank letter of credit. Also accepted are credit cards (3%) fee. (Maximum amount for card purchases: $2500.00 ) 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. Loader service will be available day of the auction. All items must be removed from the premises by Saturday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been with the auction team. A $40.00 per item per day storage fee may be charged. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Company LLC and a $40.00 per item per day fee may be charged. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of property before bidding. This auction is with reserve & the seller reserves the right to bid. TRUCKING: The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the transportation of their purchases. We are not liable for any items loaded or their securement. If you hire an outside transport company, ensure the driver can handle securing the load independently.
